Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
7. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are subject to availability, eligibility, consultation requirements, medical clearance where applicable, and Sloan Studio’s booking and cancellation policies.
Unless a different written policy is disclosed at booking, appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time may be charged a late-cancellation fee up to the full scheduled service price. Failure to attend an appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. Arriving late may require shortening or rescheduling the service without a price adjustment.
We may refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue a treatment when reasonably necessary for safety, medical appropriateness, professional judgment, conduct, nonpayment, or operational reasons.
8. GIFT CARDS, PACKAGES, AND PROMOTIONS
Gift cards, service packages, credits, memberships, and promotional offers are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable. Promotional value may expire where legally permitted; paid value will be handled as required by applicable law.
Packages and credits are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Services and providers may change, but we will make reasonable efforts to offer a substantially comparable option or other remedy where required.
9. MEDICAL AND AESTHETIC SERVICES
Results vary by person and are not guaranteed. Before treatment, you may be required to complete intake forms, disclose relevant history, participate in a consultation or good-faith examination, and sign informed-consent documents.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and following pre-care and aftercare instructions. Contact the appropriate medical provider or emergency services for urgent medical concerns. The website and ordinary email are not emergency channels.
Nothing on this website creates a clinician-patient relationship. Such a relationship is created only when established through the applicable professional practice and required clinical process.
